Sneha was found hanging from the ceiling fan in her house on January 8 after which the police registered a case of accidental death.
Her husband had told the police that the incident happened when he took his two children to school. He had also claimed that he went to sleep after he did not find his wife.
He had told the police that he found his wife hanging from the ceiling fan only when he went to open the door after his driver called him.
The complaint said that her husband doubted her "character".
It was also stated that the deceased wife had called up the police control room a few days prior her suicide.
Rajesh has been booked under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code by the Kapurbawdi police and further investigations are on, but no arrest has been made so far in connection with the crime, police source said.
