Delhi Transco Limited in a statement said that 220 KV Maharani Bagh-Gazipur Circuit-I & II shall remain under shutdown from April 2 to 16.
All possible efforts have been taken to divert the load on alternate sources, Transco said.
It said that in case of any exigency, load shedding may occur in areas on rotational basis for not more than one hour at an instance.
The areas that would be affected include Gazirpur, Mayur Vihar, Kondli Gharoli, Dallupura, Patparganj, Madhu Vihar, Group Housing Societies, Pandav Nagar, Shakarpur, Laxmi Nagar, Ghonda, Seelampur, Vivek Vihar, Dilshad Garden, GT Road Shahdra, Nand Nagari, Yamuna Vihar, Karawal Nagar, Guru Angad Nagar, Preet Vihar, Geeta Colony, Kailash Nagar, Kanti Nagar and adjoining areas.
