Alemao who has been charge-sheeted in the case is in judicial custody. He has filed a fresh bail application before the special anti-corruption court here.
Gomes, appointed as the special prosecutor in the case, said the incident took place after today's hearing.
"One lady who was sitting in the co-driver's seat (of an SUV) who I recognised as Sharon Alemao...Pointed a finger at me and said: 'I will take care of this guy'," Gomes said in his complaint.
The Panaji police, however, are yet to register a case. Inspector Siddhanth Shirodkar said they were still examining the complaint.
When contacted, Sharon Alemao said the accusation was false and intended to tarnish her image. She had no occasion to run into Gomes anytime during the day, she said.
