 "Pradeep Hejmadi appointed Business Head of Zee TV")
Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited (ZEEL) has appointed Pradeep Hejmadi as the Business Head of its flagship general Hindi entertainment channel Zee TV, the company said today.
Hejmadi's appointment is with effect from July 1, 2014, the Essel group firm ZEEL said in a statement.
He would be responsible for the overall functioning of the channels and report to ZEEL Chief Content and Creative Officer Bharat Ranga, it said.
Hejmadi, who has over 18 years of experience in the media industry was earlier with TAM Media Research as Senior Vice President - Strategy Group & Marketing.
A graduate from Mumbai University, Hejmadi has also worked with leading media houses as MTV Networks, Turner International, Discovery Communications India, J Walter Thompson and The Times Of India.
