President to worship at Lord Venkateswara temple on Friday

President Pranab Mukherjee will offer prayers at the ancient hill shrine of Lord Venkateswara at Tirumala near here on December 25.
Mukherjee would later inaugurate a new Rs 25 crore Veda Patasala (Vedic School) built by Tirumala Tirupati Devastaam, which manages the temple, at Ai Bhimavaram in West Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh, TTD Chairman Chadalavada Krishnamurthy told PTI here.
