Inaugurating the sixth world conference of Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) here, Yadav urged the NRN community to mobilise their economic, commercial and intellectual assets for the overall development of the country.
Yadav said the failure of first Constituent Assembly (CA) to draft a constitution was disheartening. The government and political leadership were making corrections learning from past mistakes, the 65-year-old leader said.
President Yadav also asked Nepalese community living abroad to make the upcoming Constituent Assembly polls on November 19 a success.
