Prez to inaugurate platinum jubilee celebrations of INS tom'w

President Pranab Mukherjee will inaugurate the platinum jubilee celebrations of Indian Newspaper Society (INS) tomorrow.
The function will be organised at Vigyan Bhavan here, a press release issued today by Rashtrapati Bhavan said.
The INS was born as the Indian and Eastern Newspaper Society on February 27, 1939 in New Delhi with 14 founders. It has now more than 1,000 members who have publications in 19 languages with a combined circulation of 71 million copies, the release said.
