Urad dal prices ruled steady at Rs 8,600 till Wednesday but witnessed a loss of Rs 300 per quintal on Thursday and maintained the same trend today.
Likewise, moong dal, gram dal, sugar, wheat and maida moved down to Rs 9,400, Rs 3,800, Rs 3,180, Rs 2,450 from its previous rates of Rs 9,500, Rs 3,900, Rs 3,200, Rs 2,650 and Rs 2,500 from Thursday onwards and ended the same rate today.
In contrast, sooji (90 kg) rose by Rs 50 on Thursday to Rs 2,650 from its last week's rate of Rs 2,600.
