Prices remain steady in absence of buying support

There was not much activity at the steel market in the national capital today as prices continued to move in a tight range in the absence of buying support and settled around previous levels.
Traders said absence of worthwhile activity from construction units against sufficient stocks position mainly kept prices unchanged.

Saria Kamdhenu: 8-mm Rs 44,100, 10-mm Rs 43,600, 12-mm Rs 41,200, 16-25 mm Rs 42,000.
Amba Shakti (TMT): 8-mm Rs 45,200, 10-mm Rs 42,900, 12-mm, Rs 41,900, 16-25 mm Rs 42,000.
