In its petition, Hindu Munnetra Kalagam (HMK) had sought a direction from the court to the Chief Secretary and the DGP not to give permission to various Muslims organisations, including Tamil Nadu Muslim Munnetra Kalagam, for taking out processions or any other event in the name of Babri Masjid demolition anniversary day.
"It is completely unehtical and unlawful to deny permission to a organisation for holding opposite point of view", the Judge said.
