Residents of Shalteng, Parimpora and Batamaloo blocked the Srinagar-Baramulla road at several places.
"All we hear is that tonnes and tonnes of relief material have been distributed among the flood victims. We have not seen anyone here distributing any material," Ghulam Mohammad, one of the protesters at Shalteng, said.
