PSI held for cheating on woman

A sub-inspector of police was arrested from Karimnagar district today for allegedly going back on his word to marry a woman with whom he had developed intimate relationship under the pretext of marriage, police said.
Manakondur K.Raju, attached to Manakondur police station, had allegedly developed close relationship with the woman, who happens to be his neighbour, but later allegedly went back on his word, they said.
A case under section 420 of IPC was registered against Raju on complaint of the woman and he was placed under arrest.
