Pranaav Reddy and N Sikki Reddy defeated Piyush Bobade Shriyanshi Pardeshi 21-11 21-12 in the mixed doubles before B Sai Praneeth beat Shubham Prajapti 21-15 21-18 in the men's singles to hand PSPB a 2-0 lead.
Later, G Ruthvika Shivani defeated Shriyanshi 21-11 19-21 21-18 in the women's singles to wrap up the contest.
The final match of the contest was witnessed by Union Minister Nitin Gadkari along with Maharashtra Badminton Association President Arun Lakhani.
