Punjab Government will organise 75 cattle fairs across the state beginning tomorrow.
The fairs will be held in every district of the state from September 9 to September 30, a spokesman said here today.
The government had decided to organise 900 cattle fairs in 2015 to help farmers pick the best animals, especially milch cattle.
It is also aimed at motivating the farmers to adopt dairy farming as an additional occupation to improve their financial position.
