Punjab to restore LTC facility for its employees

Punjab government has decided to restore leave travel concession (LTC) facility for its employees with effect from September this year.
The scheme was suspended last year with an aim to reduce government expenditure, an official spokesperson said.
"Now the officers and employees will be able to avail the LTC facility from September 1 this year," he said.
The spokesperson said instructions in this regard have been issued to all department heads, Registrar of Punjab and Haryana High Court, Divisional Commissioners, Deputy Commissioners and Sub-Divisional Magistrates.
