Punjab transfers 43 DSPs

In a major reshuffle, Punjab government today transferred 43 Deputy Superintendents of Police (DSPs) in the state with immediate effect.
An official spokesman said the Punjab Police Sevices (PPS) cadre officers have been shifted on administrative grounds.
Among those shifted include Tarsem Singh, Deepika Singh, Saurav Jindal, Navneet Singh Mahal, Partap Singh, Ramandeep Singh Bhullar, Raminder Singh and Manmohan Singh Aulakh.
