The Minister, accompanied by officials of his Ministry, held detailed discussion with state level Mission Directors of the NE states, an official release said.
Some of the schemes coming under discussion include Prime Minister's Awas Yojana (Urban), Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation (AMRUT), Smart City Mission and Swachh Bharat Mission (Urban).
After the review, the Minister released a total of Rs 182 crore for the North Eastern states under various schemes of the ministry, the release added.
