The wing of the flight no QR539 was damaged due to the bird-hit after take off at 9.30 AM, the official said.
The aircraft landed safely and the passengers have been accommodated at a hotel near the airport.
All the passengers will be sent by a replacement flight from Doha around midnight, they added.
