She also claimed that her Twitter account had been hacked in the past.
The statement was made by Khan's lawyer during the hearing of defamation suit filed by Pancholis against her before the Bombay High Court.
Sooraj, a former boyfriend of Jiah, is facing a case of abetment of her suicide.
"I have a twitter account which I have been using for many years. It has also been hacked a few times. I don't have to do anything with a few comments in the past. But I will not tweet anything in future," said her lawyer Subhash Jha, speaking on her behalf.
Pancholis have demanded Rs 100 crore in damages from Rabiya for 'posting slanderous, defamatory and abusive' comments on the Twitter.
Their lawyer today told the court that even after the suit was filed, Rabiya kept posting slanderous comments.
Rabiya's lawyer today also sought some time to file her reply to the defamation suit, as she was planning to go abroad.
The court granted her four weeks and adjourned the case till August 25.
