"The Congress will turn into a sign board party after the election. They have no political value for the masses," party secretary general Partha Chatterjee told reporters.
Earlier in the day, Gandhi attacked the TMC government in his election rallies in the districts.
Accusing Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee of unleashing "dictatorship" in the state, Gandhi said the alliance has been stitched to defeat Trinamool Congress in Bengal where "corruption" is rampant.
