"The party is expecting a gathering of more than 40 thousand people at the rally and 1100 buses will be used to ferry people to the venue," Mukesh Sharma, chief spokesperson of Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee (DPCC), said today.
Sharma also said the rally would play a key role in reviving the party's prospects in coming elections, adding around 8 to 10 big LCD screens have been installed at the rally venue.
" As people had not been allowed to carry water pouches in the election rally of UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi in Central Delhi last week, Congress has, this time, taken permission from the police and people would be allowed to carry water pouches along with them," he further added.
