Railway employee arrested for raping minor girl
The incident took place yesterday when the accused took the girl to a park on the pretext of buying her ice cream, they said.
He allegedly forced himself on her but the incident was witnessed by a boy who raised an alarm, police said.
The accused was arrested from the spot, they added.
