Rain delays start of SA-WI match

The start of the crucial Group B match between South Africa and West Indies in the ICC Champions Trophy has been delayed due to bad weather.
South Africa and West Indies have a win and a loss each under their belt from two games. Both the teams need to win today's match in order to progress to the semi-finals from Group B along with India.
But if the match is washed out, South Africa will go through to the semi-finals by virtue of a better net run rate.
