Rain hits train service in Karnataka

Train service was affected as rains continued to lash coastal and Malnad region of Karnataka.

Owing to the weather conditions, South Western Railway partially cancelled the trains.

A press release from the railway said Yeshwantpur-Karwar Express has been cancelled between Hassan and Karwar on August 20 and 22; Yeshwantpur-Mangaluru Express cancelled between Hassan and Mangaluru junction on August 19 and 21;
