The Meteorological (MeT) department has predicted rain and snowfall in Himachal Pradesh this weekend.
Rain and snowfall may occur at isolated places in the high hills, while rainfall and thunderstorm may take place in middle hills from November 14 to 16, Shimla MeT Centre Director Manmohan Singh said on Sunday.
With minus 6.9 degrees Celsius, tribal district Lahaul and Spiti's administrative centre Keylong recorded the lowest temperature in the state, he added.
The minimum temperature in other tribal district Kinnaur's Kalpa was 1.7 degrees Celsius.
The minimum temperatures in tourist destinations Manali, Kufri, Shimla and Dalhousie were 2.6, 7.7, 8.7 and 9.6 degrees Celsius respectively, the weatherman said.
