Raj Cong demands Kataria's resignation as Leader of Opposition

The Congress unit of Rajasthan today asked BJP leader Gulab Chand Kataria to step down from the post of Leader of Opposition in the state assembly after he was chargesheeted in the Sohrabuddin encounter case.
"CBI has booked Kataria in Sohrabuddin Sheikh encounter case and he does not deserve to remain the leader of opposition in the state assembly," state Congress chief Chandrabhan said.
"BJP is busy trying to defend its tainted leaders," he said.
