The accused, Abdul Hakim, had demanded the bribe from one Ramdev to issue him a copy of a stay order and favour him in a property dispute case, ACB spokesperson said.
"After verification of the complaint, a trap was laid and the accused was held while accepting the bribe amount," the spokesperson said, adding Hakim has been arrested.
