Rajasthan Revenue Courts to go digital from Nov 1

Revenue Courts in all 33 districts of Rajasthan will go digital from November 1, an official said.
The Chairman of the Board of Revenue for Rajasthan, V Srinivas, said the board conducted the first round of training for the Revenue Courts Management Systems (RCMS) in all the districts today.
The subordinate staff of Revenue Appellate Authority has been trained, he said, adding that the second round of training was conducted for subordinate service officials of the Courts of District Collector, Additional District Collector and Sub-Divisional Officer.
All the officials have been trained on RCMS modules including case registration, cause list preparation, online judgment, notice generation, and feedback modules.
On November 1, all 443 Revenue Courts of Rajasthan would be going online, including 23 Courts of Revenue Appellate Authorities; 33 Courts of District Collectors; 37 Courts of Additional District Collectors; and 350 Courts of Sub-Divisional Officers.
Srinivas said the training for subordinate service staff of 350 Tehsildar Courts would be taken up after the Courts of District Collector, Additional District Collector and Sub- Divisional Officer are fully operationalised.
He said the Board of Revenue for Rajasthan had taken a "historic step" of placing its judgments online on 1st October 2017. Earleir, 200 judgments were placed online, and by the end of October, 800 judgements would be placed online.
The chairman said the Board of Revenue for Rajasthan is the first fully digitalised revenue board in the country.
