Several premier train services, including Rajdhani and Duronto, are running five to six hours late due to the bomb blast at the rail track near Gaya in Bihar.
Maoists blew up a railway track near Gaya forcing stoppage of many prominent trains, including three Rajdhanis, in the late night hours yesterday.
While Howrah Rajdhani was rescheduled to leave New Delhi station at 10:50 PM instead of 5 PM, Sealdah Rajdhani and Bhubaneswar Rajdhani were slated to depart six hours late at 11 PM from here.
The explosion on the track between Taraiya and Guraru railway stations occurred at around 11 PM last night.
Chennai Duronto Express has been rescheduled at 5:05 PM instead of 3:50 PM.
The Howrah Janta Express train scheduled to leave Old Delhi at 3:35 PM, has been rescheduled to depart at 11:25 PM.
