Rane Engine Valve Ltd CFO quits

Rane Engine Valve Ltd, manufacturer of valves and valve train components for various engines, today said that its Chief Financial Officer, B Suresh Kumar, has resigned from services of the company with immediate effect.
"(B Suresh) Kumar, Chief Financial Officer (Key managerial personnel) has resigned from services of the company effective close of business hours on August 19", the city-based company said in a BSE filing.
Shares of the company ended at Rs 508.10 a piece, up by 1.62 per cent over previous close in BSE.

Cytecare to launch personalised cancer care hospital in B'luru * Cytecare Cancer Hospitals, a new network of comprehensive patient-centric and organ-site focused cancer hospitals, will launch its first 150-bed facility in Bengaluru soon.
The venture is largely equity funded and has raised about Rs 165 crore of capital, the company said, adding it has attracted global healthcare investors.
Suresh Ramu, Co-founder and CEO, Cytecare Hospitals said Cytecare delivers personalised cancer treatment through organ-site specialisation, international standards of care, a patient-centric culture and strong focus on research.
The hospital is led by a team of professionals with over 100 plus person-years of experience in leading healthcare, research, and life sciences businesses globally, the statement said here.
