Congress MLA Nitesh Rane today moved a breach of privilege notice in Maharashtra Assembly against Deputy Commissioner of Police (security) Supriya Patil Yadav for not providing information about the police security despite reminders.
"I had sought information about security cover given (by Government) to 320 persons from Yadav in applications made in February and April, but no cognisance was taken," Rane said in the Assembly.
Speaker Haribhau Bagde said appropriate action will be taken in this connection based on the documents provided by Rane.
