Rashid, India No. 2 in the domestic rankings, was one of the 47 players going to the final stage which will be held next week.
Rashid shot a 69 in the final round after rounds of 69, 72 and 70 on first three days to total eight-under 280. He was four shots behind Australians Matthew Stieger (64) and amateur golfer Daniel Bringolf (67) who led the 25 qualifiers at the Imperial Lakeview Golf Club.
