The ministers were in the town to get the first hand feedback on the implementation of various central government schemes at ground level.
"If you succeed the country will march ahead," Rathore, MoS for Information and Broadcasting, said while interacting with the students of private AKS University here.
He said devotion, truth and hard work are the qualities that lead to success.
"Every challenge is tough. Accept it and come out as champions," said Rathore who has won many international medals for country in shooting championships.
Interacting with students, Union Tribal Affairs Minister Jual Oram said the time is precious and its management is the key to success.
"Be updated and work for the country's progress," he added.
