Ravinder appointed PS to Civil Aviation Minister Mahesh Sharma

IAS officer Ravinder was today appointed as Private Secretary to Civil Aviation Minister Mahesh Sharma.
A 1999-batch IAS officer of Uttar Pradesh cadre, has been appointed to the post till March 18, 2019 or on co-terminus basis with the Minister's tenure.
The competent authority has approved the appointment of Ravinder as PS to the Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Tourism and Culture and Minister of State for Civil Aviation, an order issued by Department of Personnel and Training said.
In another order, Yashpal, PS to Minister for Rural Development, Panchayati Raj, and Drinking Water and Sanitation Chaudhary Birender Singh has been sent back to his cadre state Haryana before completion of his tenure.

The Appointments Committee of Cabinet has approved premature repatriation of Yashpal, a 1999-batch officer of Haryana Civil Service, to his cadre on personal ground, it said.
