Rawat condoles loss of lives in Mecca stampede

Expressing grief at the death of Haj pilgrims in a stampede in Mecca, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Harish Rawat today urged External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj to make enquiries about Haj pilgrims from India including Uttarakhand.
Condoling the loss of lives in the unfortunate incident, Rawat prayed for peace to the departed souls and fortitude to their kin to bear the loss.
He said Swaraj should make enquiries at her own level to find out the condition of Hajis from India including Uttarakhand.
