The RCA has been suspended by BCCI and has been left out of next season's domestic calendar after banned Lalit Modi was elected as the state body's president.
"We have declared the calendar for the season because we believe that the court's decision would allow our teams to participate in BCCI tournaments," RCA secretary Sumendra Tiwari said.
"Everybody knows the apex court cleared the decks for former IPL commissioner Lalit Modi to fight elections of RCA knowing that he was facing a life ban from the BCCI. It has wrongly suspended RCA on that ground despite we being governed by the Sports Act prevailing in the state. We are fighting against our suspension in ADJ Court as well as High Court and we hope the decision from the court would allow our boys to play in domestic tournaments of BCCI," he said.
"We still have a month left because Rajasthan is slated to play their first BCCI domestic tournament, Vinoo Mankad Under-19 Trophy in the first week of October," he added.
He said BCCI by suspending RCA, BCCI is playing with the future of promising players of the state.
"BCCI is bound to receive a jolt and hope it realises its mistake. It is playing with the future of promising cricketers like Pankaj Singh, Ashok Menaria, Robin Bisht, Deepak Chahar and many others," Tiwari said.
