The actors were awarded for their flawless red carpet style on the list, which was compiled by staff at the magazine and a panel of fashion industry experts.
The 'Imitation Game' star Cumberbatch, 38, climbed one place in the annual list, having came third last year.
But storming ahead is 'Theory Of Everything' actor Redmayne, 32, who stormed 26 places from 27 to take the top prize.
Third place is bagged by Irish actor Jamie Dornan, who is set to star as Christan Grey in the new 'Fifty Shades' film.
The one-year-old makes his debut in 49th position, with the magazine predicting great things from the junior royal.
"Already following in the footsteps of his great-great-great-uncle, Edward VIII, and his grandfather, the Prince of Wales, Prince George looks set to become the UK's best-dressed man," they said.
