In the non-edible segment, castorseeds bold and castor oil commercial recouped due to fresh offtake from shippers and soap manufacturers.
Linseed oil surged owing to sustained demand from paint and allied industries.
In the edible segment, refined palmolein moved up by Rs 2 per 10kg to Rs 495 from Wednesday's level of Rs 493. However, groundnut oil closed unchanged at Rs 940 per 10kg.
In non-edible section, castorseed bold climbed by Rs 25 per 100kg to Rs 3,850 from Rs 3,825, castoroil commercial went up by Rs 5 per 10kg to Rs 800 compared with Rs 795 yesterday and Linseedoil rose by Rs 5 per 10kg to Rs 775 from Rs 770.
