In the non-edible, castorseeds bold, castoroil commercial and linseeds oil all ruled steady in the absence of any worthwhile buying activity.
In the edible segment, Refined palmolein surged by Rs 12 per 10kg to Rs 505 from Thursday's closing of Rs 493. However, groundnutoil declined by Rs 5 per 10kg to Rs 985 as against Rs 990 previously.
Moving to non-edible segment, Castorseeds bold, castoroil commercial and linseed oil all closed unchanged at Rs 4,100 per 100kg, Rs 850 and Rs 770 per 10kg, respectively.
