The decision was taken in the general body meeting of the council yesterday.
The registration of gynaecologist Dr S N Jangdid, posted in Nagaur, was suspended for a year while the registration of doctors Dr Iqbal Khan and Dr Shabana were suspended for two years on complaint of alleged negligence in treatment.
The Khan doctors are a couple and run a private nursing home in Jhalawar's Bhawanimandi town, Registrar of the Council Archana Zohri said today.
Apart from them, there were complaints against 53 doctors for allegedly accepting commissions from drug companies, Zohri said.
Dr Harish Maru of Bhilwara, a private physician practicing in Bhilwara, was given a warning while the registration of another private practitioner Dr R K Malot of Banswara was suspended for one year. They had allegedly received Rs. 1 lakh as commission.
Dr Maru had submitted documents, claiming he had used the amount for his research work so he was just issued a warning while Dr Malot could not give any satisfactory reply or document so the registration was suspended.
