Reshuffle in UP bureaucracy

The Uttar Pradesh government today made a minor bureaucratic shuffle, an official spokesman said here.
Principal Staff Officer to the Chief Secretary Ashish Kumar Goel has been relieved from the charge of Secretary, Externally Aided Projects department, he said.
Secretary, Programme Implementation, S P Goel has been given additional charge of Secretary, Integrated Rural Revelopment and Externally Aided Projects department.
Special Secretary, Horticulture Lokesh M has been shifted to the Housing and Urban Planning department in the same capacity.
Special Secretary, Irrigation Mayur Maheshwari has been transferred to Health department, whereas Director, NEDA R P Arora has been put on the waiting list.

Special Secretary, Planning Govind Raju N S has been posted as Member (Administrative), UP State Highway Authority.

Special Secretary, Infrastructure Shraddha Mishra has been shifted as Director, Midday Meal.
Special Secretary, Health Yashod Rishikesh Bhaskar has been posted in Home department in the same capacity.
Special Secretary, Rural Development Adarsh Singh too has been posted in the home department.
Director, Serriculture directorate V S Mishra has been shifted as Member (Judicial), Revenue Board.
Special Secretary, APC branch V S Prasad has been posted as Director, Handicapped Welfare directorate.
