Neighbours raised alarm when they found two thieves entering Arun Kumar's house at Block B in Sector 12 last night. They rushed to the house and caught the duo before they managed to flee and handed them over to Sector 24 Police, he said.
The thieves, identified as Vinod and Vikas, were residents of Sector 8 slum cluster.
Police are investigating into the matter.
