Retired ACP commits suicide

A retired ACP of Delhi Police allegedly committed suicide by jumping before a train near Tilak Bridge station today.
He identified as R S Bhasin, who had retired as assistant commissioner of police (ACP) a few months ago.
He left behind a suicide note mentioning family problems and poor health, the police said.
His family members told the police that he was suffering from a stomach ailment and was not getting relief from treatment. He was also under depression.
The police said he used to leave his home in Vasant Kunj often without telling the family members.
The railway police have sent the body for postmortem.
