According to a complaint filed by the prominent lawyer some unknown person had stolen his revolver and arms license, which he got during the emergency, from his flat at Raheja Atlantis, at national highway number 8.
After the death of his daughter Rani Jethmalani, who used to live in the flat, the Rajya Sabha MP had moved in the flat from his official bungalow at Delhi.
However, he was again allotted a bungalow in Delhi and started moving his goods there.
Today, he came to know that his revolver and arms licence which he had got during emergency were stolen.
Gurgaon police had started the investigation but no formal arrest has been made till late evening in the case.
