Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa, who had made an announcement earlier in this regard, gave away Rs 2.53 crore to 238 police personnel who were involved in intelligence gathering that led to the capture of 'Police' Fakrudeen, Bilal Malik and Panna Ismail.
