RIMS Director removed following Jharkhand HC order

Jharkhand government tonight removed S K Choudhary from the post of Director of Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences following a Jharkhand High Court order.
Shameem Haider was given the charge in his place, an official release said here.
The move was preceded by a recent Jharkhand High Court directive to the state government to remove Choudhary as the director of RIMS.
The HC had issued the order after receiving a PIL concerning Choudhury.
The new incumbent, Haider, has been given the charge of RIMS Dean as well, the official release further said late tonight.
