In the Divya Khosla Kumar-directed movie, the veteran actor is playing a grandfather. Produced by Bhushan Kumar, "Sanam Re" also stars Pulkit Samrat, Yami Gautam and Urvashi Rautela.
Apart from "Sanam Re", Rishi will be seen playing the role of a father to Abhishek Bachchan in "All is Well".
