The RJD today urged ruling partners in Jharkhand to "think before giving statements" in an effort prevent any sort of "slowing down" the implementation of programmes and schemes.
"The Hemant Soren-led government is stable. And I would request the leaders of the allies to think before they give any statement to avoid slackness in implementation of programmes," RJD state unit president Girinath Singh said.
He was reacting to reported statements by Finance Minister Rajendra Prasad Singh and other senior Congress leaders yesterday saying the government should go.
"Such statements should not be taken lightly as the officialdom would slow down," warned the RJD leader.
The RJD and the Congress support the JMM-led government in the state.
