Directorate of secondary education has issued orders to all the District Education Officers (DEOs) of Rajasthan to form such clubs and they would start functioning from May 1, DEO (secondary set up) Bundi Radhayashyam Laddha said.
"After receiving the orders last week for forming such clubs, head of the education institutes are being issued letters to form Road Safety Clubs and soon they would be formed," Laddha said.
He said the students from 6th to 12th standard would be members of the club, which would drive awareness generation campaign in and around the school.
