"The accused identified as Kuldeep alias Mota (24) figures in the list of the top 10 robbers of the city. At least 15 cases of robbery and one of theft in north-west Delhi have been worked out with his arrest. Two robbed gold chains and one stolen motorcycle have been recovered from his possession," Joint Commissioner of Police (Crime) Ravindra Yadav said.
On Saturday, a tip-off was received that Kuldeep would come at Bawana Road near Sardar Colony Rohini, Delhi to dispose of snatched gold chains. A trap was laid and Kuldeep was apprehended with a stolen motorcycle. One of his associates Monu managed to escape from the spot, police said.
